Pap Smear Positive

Higher grades generally require surgical procedures. Treatment for the lowest grade may involve repeat tests, organic supplements, or chemicals. The grade classification ranges from lower risk atypical, mild or moderate dysplasia, to severe dysplasia, carcinoma in situ (localized), and invasive cancer. A pap smear positive may mean vaginosis, genital wart, cervical dysplasia and other disorders.
