Facial Wart
Facial wart is a symptom of getting human papillomavirus; this strain is not dangerous and doesn't lead to infertility and other serious problems.
Classified as flat because they are tinier and smoother than other types of condylomata acuminata, they erupt in large numbers even though some may not be visible. This type of bumps can occur almost anywhere such as on legs; commonly they appear in areas surrounding the cheeks particularly in children.
